T4 Wk 7-9 Writing

I wasn’t sure what was in the box, but it looked really intriguing. The box looked ancient from some old generation pirates. The box was made out of wood and leather with some shiny gold around the lock. I felt it over. Do I need a key to get into it?

I can feel the adrenaline pumping through my brain. I forced the lock. It started to rattle. My fingers were trembling. I lifted the lid slowly. It was empty except for a large mysterious key. I looked around the dark steep cave to find the mysterious door. I searched for hours until I found a gigantic ledge which dropped down, leading into a door for a dwarf.

I jump down to a subterranean lake splashing the antique wooden door. I forced the key inside the door and the ground started to wobble. I dropped into a massive hole. A golden door opened and gave me access to the football kit of the legend Pele. I saw his kit that he used in the 1958 world cup with his famous boots beside Ronaldo’s Nike Mercurial Superfly’s limited edition.

The birds at Lochmara Bay-We are practicing our punctuation's and vocabulary

KAKARIKI BIRDS

We arrive at Lochmara bay and everyone was so thrilled to get off the boat and see some animals. We charged off the boat and they told us to sit down and we listened to their staff to give us instructions. We strolled to a picnic table to put our bags down. We started hiking up the path way to the birds in the cage. We got split into two groups and then the first group went up the stairs into the cage. While the other group were just watching them.  A few minutes later they went out the cage and it's our turn to see the birds. So we went in the cage and the birds were crazy . They were flying like a jet about to nose dive into a freezing river. They were chirping as loud as a duck about to get eaten by a crocodile.
